Shipping & Returns Policy

1. General
1.1. These terms govern shipping and returns of physical goods and digital products purchased in our online store.
1.2. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Shipping (physical goods)
2.1. Carriers: INPOST, DHL, GLS, Orlen Paczka, Poczta Polska.
2.2. Shipping cost depends on carrier, dimensions and weight; exact costs are shown at checkout.
2.3. Dispatch time: 1–14 business days after order confirmation and payment.
2.4. A tracking number is provided.
2.5. If delivery fails due to the customer (e.g., wrong address, absence), the parcel returns to our warehouse; the customer covers re-shipping.

3. Returns (physical goods)
3.1. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the parcel.
3.2. Notify us by e-mail or via the return form on our website.
3.3. Send the goods back without delay, no later than 14 days after your notice.
3.4. Items must be intact, in original packaging, with all accessories/documents, except for normal handling.
3.5. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless agreed otherwise.
3.6. Refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of dispatch (whichever first), via the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

4. Digital products (delivery & withdrawal)
4.1. Digital products include top-up codes/e-vouchers, activation keys, electronic coupons, activation data, eSIM/QR profiles and other content delivered without a physical medium (e-mail, SMS, client panel).
4.2. Delivery occurs automatically after payment or as stated on the product page.
4.3. No right of withdrawal for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with your express consent and after being informed of the loss of the right. This covers codes/e-vouchers and eSIM/QR after the code/QR is disclosed or activation has started.
4.4. Checkout consent text: “I consent to the supply of the digital product before the 14-day withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that once the digital content is delivered I lose my right of withdrawal.”
4.5. Non-reversible digital products: completed mobile top-ups; codes that were displayed/redeemed; generated/scanned eSIM/QR profiles (once bound to a device).
4.6. Exceptions: if undelivered, defective (invalid code/activation failure) or not as described — you may file a complaint (see §5).
4.7. If supply has not started (we have not disclosed the code/QR nor activated the service), you may withdraw within 14 days.

5. Complaints (goods & digital)
5.1. Submit by e-mail or via the website form with order number and issue description.
5.2. For digital products we may request extra info (e.g., error screenshot, topped-up number, date/time of activation attempt).
5.3. If accepted, we will repair, re-supply, replace or refund as appropriate.
